A complex SAP system used by 45+ customers across 13 countries, integrated with more than 1,000 interfaces. It supports more than 20 warehouses in different time zones worldwide, handling a daily average order volume of 100K+.
Some of the highlights of the project are:
- 1.5 years of preparation
- Over 5,100 test cases processed globally during integration testing
- Scope: 13 countries, 47 individual customers
- 14,500 objects manually changed during custom code adaptation
- More than 110 IT colleagues supported the go-live
- Over 660 smoke test users (operations, service delivery, account management, project management) supported the go-live
- Approximately 1,900 bugs detected in 6 months have been resolved
- More than 13,000 hours of IT effort allocated
